Goals

I'm trying to focus more on short term goals rather than long term. I know if I start to focus on my end result, I'll start feeling like nothing's changing or the weight isn't dropping off fast enough, and that's not how I want to be thinking.

Here are my current short term goals :)


  1. Weigh less than 140lbs - Completed 6th March 2013
  2. Weigh less than my boyfriend - Completed 6th March 2013
  3. Have a waist smaller than 30 inches - Completed 6th March 2013
  4. Buy a new uniform, a size smaller
  5. Fit (comfortably) into that dress I bought two years ago
  6. Have a 28 inch waist
  7. Weigh 133lbs
  8. Be able to touch my toes


Every time I reach a goal, I'll add a new one!
