I'm currently taking part in reddit's fifth Body Tranformation Fitness Challenge. You can see my entry here.

I have always been a bit of a chubber, 70lbs at the age of five and growing bigger every year. At the age of 21 and weighing 180lbs (which admittedly wasn't my biggest, there had been years of unhealthy yo-yo dieting before this), I decided I really needed to do something about it.

I managed to get myself down to 152lbs before plateauing. I've weighed between 144-152lbs for the last two years and I finally feel like I'm in the right frame of mind to lose the rest of my fat healthily, properly and long term.

I've decided to write this blog to track my progress and keep myself motivated :)
